SHAUN. WHITE.

The king is back on his throne. After just missing the podium in 2014, Shaun White returned to the top of the Olympic halfpipe podium in a fashion befitting a three-time gold medalist. White scored 94.25 on his first run but was overtaken and needed his third run to be flawless... and he delivered.

Everybody Loves Curling

While curling may not be the most popular sport in the U.S., every four years it's a staple on TV and becomes a fan favorite during the Olympics. Not everybody knows all that much about curling...

Alex Shibutani Takes Time To Tweet

After winning their first Olympic medal with a bronze in the figure skating team event, Alex Shibutani took some time to reflect and thank his sister Maia Shibutani in this thread on Twitter. *Warning: Tissues may be needed. #SiblingGoals

Last night was a dream that became a reality. @MaiaShibutani and I have worked so hard for this! Proud to be the first ice dance team of Asian descent to win a medal at the @olympics. (THREAD) pic.twitter.com/XPcjE3sX18

โ€” Alex Shibutani (@AlexShibutani) February 13, 2018

When we started skating together, @MaiaShibutani and I didnโ€™t see any teams on the ice that looked like us. There werenโ€™t too many sibling teams either.

โ€” Alex Shibutani (@AlexShibutani) February 13, 2018

Throughout our career (14 years and counting), @MaiaShibutani and I have had to, and will continue to push past stereotypes, labels, doubters, and cynics.

โ€” Alex Shibutani (@AlexShibutani) February 13, 2018

When someone tells you that you canโ€™t do something or that your success will be limited because of how you look, or who you are, keep moving forward. Set yourself apart by finding a way to utilize your strengths. Never stop believing in yourself.

โ€” Alex Shibutani (@AlexShibutani) February 13, 2018

You donโ€™t have to look like anyone else. You donโ€™t have to be, or skate like anyone else. You donโ€™t have to fit the mold or follow the path that everyone else is on.

Just find, and be yourself.
